Help Us Improve Housing and Access to Health Care for LGBTQ 50+ and People with Disabilities
The City of Seattle Office of Housing and the Northwest ADA Center are seeking participants to complete surveys to inform their work on LGBTQ housing for older adults and improving healthcare access for those with disabilities. Please review each request, and if you meet the criteria, consider taking a moment to participate—you could win a gift card!
1. Seattle Rainbow Housing Survey—make a difference in housing for LGBTQ older adults that will impact generations to come by participating in an online survey sponsored by the City of Seattle Office of Housing.
- Participation criteria—are you LGBTQ or non-binary, age 50 or older, and living in the Seattle area?
- Participants may select to be entered into a raffle—to win a $200 QFC or Fred Meyer Gift Card.

2. Health Care Access Study—help improve health care access for people with disabilities. The ADA is over 25 years old, but barriers still remain. The goal of this research is to find out where those barriers exist and ways of improving access.
- Participation criteria—are you a person with a disability or functional limitations, at least 18 years old, have needed health care within the last 12 months and live in Washington, Alaska, Idaho, or Oregon?
- Participants will be eligible for a drawing—to win a $50 Amazon eGift card.
