Caregiving Is Love. Support Is Available in King County.

Caring for a loved one is one of the most powerful expressions of love. From helping with daily tasks to offering companionship and reassurance, caregivers show up in countless ways—often without recognition and often while balancing work, family and other responsibilities. While caregiving can be deeply meaningful, it also brings significant and often long-term challenges. Many caregivers need support to sustain their own health and well-being.
This Valentine’s Day, caregivers in King County are reminded that love doesn’t mean having to go it alone. Community Living Connections is a trusted local resource that helps caregivers find the support they need to care for their loved ones—and themselves.
Community Living Connections, a program of the local area agency on aging, provides caregivers with guidance and connections to a wide range of services, including respite care, caregiver support groups, training and other local programs designed to meet the needs of both caregivers and the people they support. Our trained staff understands the challenges caregivers face and can help connect them to resources that make caregiving more manageable and sustainable.
If you or someone you know is caring for a loved one and could use support, help is available. For more information, contact Community Living Connections at 1-844-348-5464 or visit https://www.communitylivingconnections.org/ to learn how to get connected to caregiving resources in your community.
Because caregiving is love—and love deserves support.
